Grand Master Martin began his martial arts career in 1964 as a Moo Duk Kwan Tae Kwon Do student of his father and Master Richard Chun. He studied Shotokan Karate with Sensei Ernest St. Lurent, Sr. and AikJuJitsu with Master Toshihizo Obata. Grand Master Martin was also the highest ranking student of the late Grand Master William Gregory of the KajuKenpo Pai Lum Family. Grand Master Martin is Soke of his own Ryu called ShojuKempo.

Began his martial arts training in 1977 during his 6 year tour in the Marine Corps. Studied the art of Arnis in the Philippines. Stationed in Tokyo where he learned Oriental medicine and Aikido. Studied with Gaku Hamma Sensei, Shihan of the Aikido Schools of Ueshiba Mitsugi Saotome, Sensei. Also studied under Dennis Hooker, Sensei who is now head of the ASU in Pensacola and Orlando, Florida. Studied with the McIntyre Sensei's in Murfreesboro, Tennessee as well as many more. Studied the arts of American Jujitsu and Moo Duk Kwan Tang Soo Do under Sensei James Christian in Memphis, Tennessee and Sensei Ron Little in Pensacola, Florida.
Dr. Schiesske taught for several years under the guidance of the AITF and AIKIA which is headed by Bill (Superfoot) Wallace, Joe Lewis, and Dr. Jerry Beasley, and integrated all of his still growing knowledge of the Martial Arts into what he called Koreja Do Karate. The name comes from Ko (Korean) JA-Japanese, Do-The way. It consists of forms from Tang Soo Do, grappling and joint locks from Jujitsu and Aikido, Stick fighting and takeaways from Arnis, street self defense, a continuing learning experience for his Dojo, Katana, Bokken, Tanto, and Jo techniques.
Dr. Schiesske had two dojo's with approximately 400 students when he was struck with inoperable cancer in 2000. He was given eight months to live. God through his miracle working power has completely healed Dr. Neal from every centimeter of cancer and he has now regained from 140 lbs and being fed through a stomach tube to 230 lbs and re-opening his Dojo in May of this year.
He gives all of the Glory to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and now owns and runs Koreja Do Christian Martial Arts Association, which is registered with the Library of Congress and copyrighted. Dr. Neal Schiesske retired from the ring after winning the Florida State Championships, and is being inducted into the World Karate Union Martial Arts Hall of Fame in June of this year.
Rev. Dr. Neal R. Schiessske is author of "God's Diet" and a Doctor of Naturopathy and Oriental Health. He also has his PHD in Biblical Studies. He has been pastoring and a music minister for Churches for many years.

Mr. Havard started Taekwondo with the American Taekwondo Association in August, 1983, while a student at Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri and trained under Master Tony Isaacs. Mr. Havard opened and ran the Friendship Taekwondo Club in Wisconsin from 1989 - 1995.
From 1995 to 1997 Mr. Havard worked directly under Ninth Degree Black Belt Grand Master Haeng Ung Lee at the International Headquarters of the American Taekwondo Association. In this position Mr. Havard was the National Chairman of Publications. He wrote for, edited, and managed their quarterly magazine "The Way of Traditional Taekwondo", helped write and edit their encyclopedias for colored belt ranks (purple, blue, and brown belt volumes) and helped write in-house manuals for instructor training and certification, Protech weapons instruction, and other promotional materials.
While at ATA headquarters Mr. Havard trained under 6th degree Master Jay Kohl and 5th degree Rick Abair. He also had occasional training under 9th degree Grand Master H.U. Lee, 6th degree Master M.K. Lee, and 4th degree Bill Hartwick. Mr. Havard currently trains under 5th Dan Eddie Murphy.
Mr. Havard is certified in SHARP - Sexual Harassment Assault Rape Prevention, a certified instructor in Bahng Mahng Ee (short stick), with post certification in Joint Manipulation. Mr. Havard attended the first Protech Instructor Weapons Camp and received Outstanding National Chairman award in 1997.

Jeff McLaughlin first began his martial arts training in Tae Kwon-Do and JuJitsu, but after seeing Mr. Jeff Speakman in the movie, "Perfect Weapon", he sought out a Kenpo instructor and began training in 1995.
Mr. McLaughlin received his 1st degree black belt in 1998 and his 2nd degree black belt in 2002 in Chinese Kenpo. He ended his personal training in Chinese Kenpo in 2004, but trained in American Kenpo with Mr. Paul Britton and Dr. Rod Smith from 2002 until 2006.
Mr. McLaughlin taught adult and youth classes in Chinese Kenpo at the Springdale Youth Center from 1998 through 2002 and moved his classes to commercial locations in Springdale and Elm Springs from 2003 through 2004. He also taught self defense as a staff development course for the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas from 2002-2004 and was a faculty member for Ecclesia College in Elm Springs, AR in 2004; teaching self defense as a physical education credit.
After taking a short sabbatical from teaching, Mr. McLaughlin signed a franchise deal on April 1, 2006 with Mr. Speakman to run Jeff Speakman's Kenpo Karate in Springdale, AR. Mr. McLaughlin said, "I am very excited to learn and train in the new Kenpo 5.0 system. We are currently operating as a club and welcome good people in the area who want to train hard as well."
On August 21, 1999, Mr. McLaughlin founded the International Network of Christian Martial Artists - http://incma.com. He is a Christian (saved at the age of 6), a husband, and a father of 3 children.
